• Network Revamp: Undertook a pivotal project in enhancing our network infrastructure by installing Ubiquiti devices, including strategically placing Access Points and deploying both POE and non-POE Switches. This involved meticulous configuration of each component to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. Furthermore, I implemented and configured the Ubiquiti controller, centralizing the management and monitoring of the entire network. This comprehensive initiative not only elevated network efficiency but also contributed to a more robust and scalable network infrastructure for the organization.
• Server Management: Demonstrated expertise by diagnosing and fixing faulty hard drives, identifying and resolving server issues, and replacing a PERC battery for enhanced RAID stability. Additionally, I successfully migrated virtual servers to new DELL servers, performing the first installation of Windows Server 2022 and implementing RAID configurations for optimal performance.
• User Account Management: Created and managed user accounts across platforms like Active Directory, Office 365, SIS, and Dr Chrono. Documented an easy way to do every task for saving the man hour.
• IT Support: Provided day-to-day IT support to doctors, nurses, radiologists, and other staff members.
